Bootleg Roundup: Watch The Best Fan Filmed Footage From The Week

Various Artists , Lists

What a difference a week makes. Last week when we shared with you clips of Amanda Palmer, Refused and RNDM The Atlanta Falcons had yet to lose a game, The Audio Perv had yet to announce his unfortunate retirement and you could still get a box of Twinkies for under $100. So while the world was changing rapidly cameras were rolling coast to coast as music fans captured those magical live concert moments we may have missed out upon. We hope you enjoy.

Earlier this week Soundgarden released their first record since Bill Clinton was in office. While promoting King Animal back east, Chris Cornell took some time out of his busy schedule to perform a solo benefit concert for victims of Hurricane Sandy. Yes, we could have shared with you one of the numerous clips of Cornell being joined by his fellow knights of the Soundgarden for a solid performance of Black Hole Sun. Instead the plan is to blow your mind and make the hair on your arms stand with this spot on take on his Singles Soundtrack cut Seasons.

Out to the west coast where Pettyfest raised money for Sweet Relief over two nights at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles. Chances are if it was not for bootleggers you wouldn’t believe us if we told you that Patrick Carney of The Black Keys, Johnny Depp, Ke$ha and many more joined forces to tackle Mary Jane’s Last Dance. Well it happened and you can watch it for yourself down below.

Former Oasis mastermind Noel Gallagher has been on the road for over a year now in support of his High Flying solo debut. The more talented Gallagher brother wrapped his North American co-headline trek with Snow Patrol last Friday night in Texas. You can watch him perform the Oasis classic Supersonic down below. In the event you care about Liam and the rest of Oasis, click here to read about their upcoming second studio album.

Leonard Cohen is a living legend. The man deserves a gold star for being 78 years old and still touring the world. Cohen recently stopped by Seattle’s Key Arena for a sold out performance. You can watch him work his magic on So Long, Marianne down below.

Radiohead are currently down under touring Australia. We already shared with you a review of their stop in Sydney. Now watch the band perform Everything In Its Right Place live from the Sydney Entertainment Centre.

Finally we wrap things up with our first user submitted video. Eric was turned onto Reignwolf thanks to this site. He recently headed out to Ortleib’s Lounge in Philadelphia to check out Mr. Jordan Cook and filmed this clip of him killing The Chain. Big thanks to Eric for the clip!!!!!!
