Beck is Back to Pass Some New Sexx Laws

By Kevin Cogill @skwerl · On June 15, 2015

I don’t know why I didn’t post this here last night. I was like, ‘yeah, okay, the internet caught this one, people know about it already. We don’t need to bother.’ And then I listened to it, and it blew me away… and then I went to bed.

Anyway, just in case you haven’t heard yet, fun Beck is back. Not mumbly emo Morning Phase Beck. Disco fever Midnite Vultures Beck has re-entered the building. Dreams is the first song from a new album he’s been working on for awhile, which he at one point planned to get out this summer. It started off as a heavy garage rock record, but as you can hear, has mutated a bit into something possibly a little more interesting.

Better than that last record, imho. Good start… That’s the best Maroon 5 song ever!

Groovy indeed. Hopefully a new album is on the way and filled with other tracks just as alive as this one.
