Grain of salt alert: Eddie Vedder, Jerry Cantrell, Roger Waters, Lars Ulrich and John Frusciante are working together on a new project, according to a brief announcement on Cantrell’s (unverified) Twitter account. Let’s not get crazy with excitement just yet, however, because the bullshit detectors are screaming and flashing ever so brightly.
The following image was posted on the account, along with the line “Very Very excited about my new project with Roger John Eddie & Lars:”
We will keep you posted on details as they arrive. But we’re calling bullshit, because this is unconfirmed and improbable as hell.
