The last two years have seen The Replacements book a handful of festival slots and one off gigs leaving fans asking themselves will they ever get to see this band play a full scale tour while you’re still young enough to enjoy. Well folks, it seems that the day of reckoning is upon us as Paul Westerberg and Co. will set out on thirteen tour dates across the U.S. (the band’s first in 24 years) beginning on the West Coast in Seattle this April. The band works their was down the coast for Portland, San Francisco, LA and Denver before shooting off for two nights in Chicago’s Riviera Theatre. The month long tour moves through Milwaukee, Detroit, Pittsburgh and Columbus before ending with nights in DC and Philly. New Yorkers will have to get creative if they don’t want to bank on the notion that additional tour dates MAY happen.
