While Scott Weiland pursues other projects, the band that fired him over a year ago is set to head out on the road this April for a tour, hitting 14 cities along the way. All six remaining House Of Blues (Anaheim, LA, Dallas, San Antonio, Chicago and Boston) are set to be visited along with stops in legal recreational marijuana cities Seattle and Denver. Monclair, NJ and NYC’s Irving Plaza also lucky enough to make the cut.
It’s worth noting that $1 per ticket will be donated to Music For Relief, a nonprofit organization dedicated to disaster relief and environmental protection. Funds raised will support long term Hurricane Sandy recovery in New Jersey including housing assistance and home repairs, mental health and social services as well as tree planting. The DeLeo brothers are from Monclair, NJ.
Tickets will be made available at the band’s official website and on sale to the general public Friday Feb 20th at 11AM.
