Time to get your rock on: Slipknot, Blink 182 and Tool will headline the 2019 Aftershock Festival this fall. The Danny Wimmer Presents production is three days long, a first for the festival. The event taking place Oct. 11-13 at Discovery Park in Sacramento, Calif.
All three headliners will have new albums on offer by the time the festival arrives (don’t make me a liar, Tool!), ensuring new musical horizons at this year’s Aftershock.
The lineup features a wide range of veteran acts (Slipknot, Marilyn Manson, Clutch, Bad Religion, etc) with a crop of new blood including radio darlings Badflower and Deadland Ritual. Some interesting stylistic curveballs are in the mix, including the pop-rock headscratcher headliner blink-182, The Crystal Method and Fidlar.
